Boards across Canada understand that organizational culture is a key role in driving performance. As a result, culture is appearing more frequently on-board agendas. However, many boards are grappling with how to truly understand culture, how to oversee it from the boardroom, and how to incentivize culture change that drives performance. In this session, we will explore:

• The levers available to boards to influence culture
• The importance of board culture

Partnering with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), Hugessen and ICD’s panel of speakers discuss the Board’s role in organizational culture. Panelists will help board members sharpen their perspectives on culture and how to engage with culture in their organization.
