Alexandra joined Hugessen in 2017 as an intern and began full time as an analyst in 2018. She has advised public and private companies on matters of governance and executive and director compensation, and brings strong research skills to her problem-solving approach.

Experience

Prior to working at Hugessen, Alexandra interned at Alberta Investment Management Company (AIMCo) in the Enterprise Risk Management department, where she gained experience in recognizing pertinent governance matters impacting large, institutional investors. During university, Alexandra competed in various international consulting competitions in Washington DC, Bangkok and Melbourne where she advised clients in the retail, commercial banking and not-for-profit sectors.

Education

Alexandra graduated with a finance degree from the University of Alberta School of Business. She was selected as a member of the fourth cohort of the Alberta School of Business Leadership Certificate Program and graduated with a Certificate of Leadership.
