Bridget is a trusted board advisor, with over 15 years of experience consulting to boards and executive teams in the areas of business and talent strategies, executive compensation, corporate and investment performance assessment, employment contracts, and corporate governance. She partners with clients to align executive pay outcomes with corporate and individual performance, and to strengthen board governance.
Experience
Bridget rejoined Hugessen as a Partner in 2024. She was previously a key member of the Hugessen team from 2009 to 2022, where she gained extensive experience working with public and private clients, in a variety of industries across Canada.
Prior to rejoining Hugessen, Bridget's most recent role was at a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she worked closely with boards and executive leaders to solve strategic leadership challenges. Earlier in her career, she led the Women on Board program in Canada for Catalyst Inc.
Bridget is active in the field, including writing on varied topics such as board gender diversity, corporate governance trends, and equity compensation alternatives.
Education
Bridget holds an HBA with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University. She also holds a BESc in mechanical engineering with distinction from Western University.
