Ken founded Hugessen Consulting in 2006 to meet the growing demand from boards for direct access to independent advice on executive compensation and related performance and governance matters.
Georges is an experienced executive compensation consultant with a wide variety of public and private clients across Canada. Prior to joining Hugessen in 2006, he was an accomplished professional in the financial services sector including in private equity and investment banking.
Scott founded the Calgary office of Hugessen. He has been a lead advisor to a significant number of the Compensation Committees across Canada as a Hugessen Partner and as a National Partner and leader of the compensation consulting business in Western Canada for Mercer.
David has over 25 years of experience as an executive compensation consultant, joining Hugessen in 2012. Prior to joining Hugessen, David was a senior leader in the executive compensation practice of Towers Watson. During this period, he performed dual roles of being the lead advisor for several companies, as well as supporting clients of other Canadian consultants on technical, performance & financial and corporate transactional issues relating to executive compensation.
Peter is an organizational psychologist and a leading consultant in helping Boards increase their effectiveness. Prior to joining Hugessen, Peter managed his own firm Meridien Consulting Services providing advice and support to Boards, CEOs and executive teams.
