Kevin is a Manager in Hugessen’s Toronto office and joined the firm in 2019. He has advised public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including financial services, real estate, and industrials. Kevin has supported clients in special situations (mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers), CEO succession, and equity plan design and implementation.
Experience
Prior to joining Hugessen, Kevin spent four years at one of Canada’s largest independent asset management firms. He was a key member of the Strategy and Research team where he delivered insights on the asset and wealth management industries. He also evaluated strategic opportunities in Canada and internationally to broaden the firm’s capabilities. During his first two years, Kevin completed the Leadership Rotational Program across four core departments, including Product, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations.
Education
Kevin received his Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, he participated in an international exchange program at the National University of Singapore. Kevin is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Toronto.
