Known for her detail-oriented and analytical approach, she focuses on delivering practical, well-grounded recommendations that reflect each client's unique business context and stakeholder priorities.
EXPERIENCE
Since joining the firm in 2021, Andena has advised private and publicly traded companies across various industries, including mining, real estate, and energy. She has supported clients across a broad range of matters, from establishing compensation philosophies and ensuring pay-for-performance alignment to navigating complex situations including M&A transactions, pre-IPO readiness, and governance challenges.
Andena has also developed a deep understanding of the proxy advisory landscape, including the voting guidelines of ISS and Glass Lewis. She actively contributes to the firm's research and thought leadership in this area, helping clients anticipate and respond to shifting governance expectations.
Outside of work, Andena is an avid reader and is always looking for her next book recommendation.
EDUCATION
Andena graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in 2021.
