Camille is an experienced executive compensation professional and a trusted advisor to Boards and senior management teams across Canada. She supports her clients by providing independent advice and decision-making support on matters related to executive compensation, performance measurement, and compensation governance.
She seeks to understand each of her clients’ unique business needs, strategic priorities, and talent dynamics in order to bring forward fit-for-purpose solutions. She thrives in an environment where she can bring structure, process, and a pragmatic lens to decision-making.
Outside of work, Camille is a regular at her local yoga studio and Toronto’s live music venues.
Experience
Camille supports her public, private, and Crown clients across a broad range of industries and stages of maturity. Over time, she has developed expertise in the mining, retail, and industrials sectors. She has played a key role in building out Hugessen’s ESG expertise and service offerings. She also places a high degree of importance on her role as a coach and mentor to the consultants who support on her project teams. Camille is a regular co-presenter with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) in their Directors Education Program (DEP).

Camille holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School.
