Bridget is a Manager in Hugessen’s Toronto office. She advises Boards and Compensation Committees on performance measurement, executive compensation, and related corporate governance matters.
Bridget has specific experience working with clients on design and implementation of incentive compensation plans, corporate performance measurement and analysis, executive employment contracts, and compensation issues related to special situations (e.g. M&A, IPO, CEO succession).
Bridget joined Hugessen as an Analyst in 2010, and took on her current role in 2014. Her client list includes a broad range of public and private clients, in a variety of industries, with particular expertise in the investment management space. Bridget has also worked alongside the Institute of Corporate Directors in developing education programs for the Canadian director community. Prior to joining Hugessen, Bridget’s experience included financial modeling, project management, and business development work for the defense industry.
Bridget graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an Honours Business Administration degree. She also holds a BESc in Mechanical Engineering (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario.
