Camille has consulted with clients from a wide range of industries, in both the public and private sector. She has experience with mandates including executive and director compensation benchmarking, corporate governance trends, and pay-for-performance incentive plan design. She interned with Hugessen in summer 2013 and joined the firm as an Analyst in September 2014. 


Prior to Hugessen, Camille spent time as an intern in the environmental services industry at Newalta Corporation, where she focused on sales and operations processes and analysis. During university she served as an independent consultant to a local retail business, advising it in enhancing its strategy and thus expanding its customer reach. 


Camille graduated with an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School in 2014. She achieved Dean’s Honour List in all years of study. Prior to her time at business school she focused her studies on Organizational Behaviour and Psychology.
